Hoya latifolia ‘Sarawak’
Native to the rainforests of Borneo, Hoya latifolia ‘Sarawak’ is a striking collector’s plant prized for its exceptionally large, thick, quilted leaves with prominent veining. Each leaf develops a sculptural appearance that becomes even more impressive as the plant matures, making it an eye-catching foliage specimen even when not in bloom.
Given bright, indirect light and time to establish, it produces clusters of fragrant, star-shaped flowers in soft cream to blush-pink tones with darker centers. Like many hoyas, it prefers to dry slightly between waterings and thrives in a chunky, well-draining potting mix with good airflow.
A spectacular choice for collectors looking for bold tropical foliage and one of the most architectural species in the Hoya genus.
