Refund policy

All Sales Final – No Returns Policy

**Due to the live and perishable nature of our plants, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on plant material.**

Plants are living organisms and their condition after leaving our care is subject to factors beyond our control, including watering, light, temperature, humidity, and handling. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns once a purchase has been made.

**What we ask of you before you buy:**
- Please review all product photos, descriptions, and sizing information carefully before purchasing.
- If shopping in person, inspect your plant before completing your transaction — we're happy to answer any questions at the time of sale.
- For online orders, reach out before purchasing if you have questions about a specific plant's condition or size.

**Damaged in Shipping (online orders only):**
If your plant arrives severely damaged due to a shipping issue, contact us within **24 hours** of delivery with clear photos of the plant and packaging. We will review on a case-by-case basis and, at our sole discretion, may offer a store credit or replacement.

**We are not responsible for:**
- Plant decline due to care issues after delivery or pickup
- Minor cosmetic damage (small leaf tears, minor yellowing) that does not affect plant health
- Plants that fail to thrive due to environmental conditions outside our care

**Non-Plant Items (Pots, Accessories & Merchandise):**
Non-plant items may be eligible for **store credit within 14 days** of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. We do not issue cash refunds on any items. Items that are damaged, used, or missing original packaging are not eligible. Soil, amendments, fertilizers, dried botanicals, and other consumable or perishable goods are **all sales final**.
