Philodendron Spiritus Sancti prefers bright, indirect light, such as a few feet back from a sunny window or under high‑quality grow lights, and should be protected from harsh midday sun that can scorch its foliage. Keep the soil evenly moist but never waterlogged—let the top layer of the mix dry slightly between waterings, then water thoroughly and allow excess water to drain away.

Because this species evolved as a hemiepiphyte, it thrives in airy, well‑draining substrate with plenty of chunky components, and appreciates warm temperatures with moderate to high humidity. Stable conditions are more important than chasing very high humidity; avoid cold drafts or big temperature swings so the plant can put out long, graceful leaves over time.
