Hoya Wayetii 'Tricolor'
Hoya wayetii ‘Tricolor’ is a colorful trailing Hoya with long, narrow leaves edged in creamy white and pink. New growth can emerge in vivid shades of rose and red, while brighter light encourages deeper coloration along the leaf margins.
Its cascading growth makes it perfect for hanging baskets or a high shelf. Mature plants can produce clusters of small, fragrant, star-shaped flowers. Like most Hoyas, it prefers to dry somewhat between waterings and does best when not overpotted.
Light: Bright, indirect light; gentle morning sun can enhance color
Water: Allow the top half of the soil to dry before watering
Humidity: Average household humidity; 40–60% is ideal
Pet Friendly: Generally considered non-toxic to cats and dogs
Notes
Prefers to dry slightly between waterings. More light = stronger red edging. Likes being a bit root-bound.
