Hoya ‘Actua’ Inner Variegated

Hoya ‘Actua’ Inner Variegated is a soft, elegant wax plant with creamy centers and green margins on each leaf, like someone painted a pale stripe down the middle. The leaves are thick and slightly glossy, so it still has that classic “wax plant” feel, just with a more refined, variegated look. As it grows, the stems can trail or be trained up a small trellis, making it easy to style on shelves or in hanging pots.

Like most hoyas, it prefers bright, indirect light and to dry out a bit between waterings. Let the pot get light and the top of the soil go dry before you reach for the watering can again—this one would rather be a little too dry than sitting in wet, cold soil. Given steady light and patience, it will eventually reward you with clusters of starry flowers, but it looks good even if you’re just here for the foliage.
